Ever wonder what goes into running a design studio like Anne Mason Design? It’s a dynamic blend of creativity, logistics, and just a little bit of chaos—but that’s what keeps it exciting! Here’s a behind-the-scenes look into a typical day as CEO.
Mornings kick off with coffee-fueled “to do” lists to lay the groundwork for the day. On the agenda? Collaborating on layouts, styling spaces, and diving into the details that bring a vision to life.
One highlight was our work on the Vibrant Grannycore renovation project. Using Revit, we meticulously crafted 3D models to ensure every detail of the design was just right. Hours of project coordination and fine-tuning go into making sure each concept is as functional as it is beautiful.
My afternoons involved a dash to ProSource, a nearby showroom filled with endless inspiration. Selecting the perfect textures, finishes, and materials is an art—and sometimes a treasure hunt! With so many options, it’s all about finding the perfect balance for each client.
Evenings bring a change of pace, including some much-needed downtime with my two fur babies. Reading is a favorite way to unwind, but let’s just say the pups have their own ideas about how I should spend my time.
