From horse farm to modern farmhouse ✨🏡 The Arboretum, a 62-acre community in Farmingville, NY, was one of my most rewarding projects with Niles Bolton Associates. Designed to immerse residents in nature, it features 292 homes, a 7-acre botanical garden, and luxury amenities like a resort-style pool and fitness center.
